- Lead projects that support growth initiatives and partner with teams across the business to deliver results.
- Analyze financial results and provide clear explanations for what is driving trends and changes.
- Present insights and recommended actions to leaders through clear reports and presentations.
- Define and track key measures with management and recommend adjustments to improve performance.
- Prepare ad hoc analyses, review financial statements, and identify risks and opportunities.
- A Bachelor degree or higher in finance, accounting, economics, or a related quantitative field.
- At least 4 years of experience in a financial analyst or similar role.
- Proven experience building and maintaining financial models and data files for planning and forecasting.
- Strong skills in data tools such as Power Query or similar solutions used to transform and validate data.
- Ability to organize complex information, work across teams, and deliver accurate work under deadlines.
- Strong analytical mindset with a record of deep variance analysis and clear root cause findings.
- Experience improving processes through automation and standardized reporting.
- Comfort working with large data sets and knowledge of tools such as SQL or Python.
- Ability to build integrated views across income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow.
- Clear communication skills with attention to detail and a collaborative approach.
