This person will serve as an important bridge between business operations and technology, helping stakeholders translate operational processes, requirements, and desired future-state capabilities into clear information that technology teams can work against. The role will work across operations and technical stakeholders, including data science and development teams.
The ideal person has strong technology implementation experience, excellent business-to-technology translation skills, and the ability to proactively identify risks and dependencies while keeping multiple workstreams and stakeholders moving forward.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, documentation, risks, and next steps across interconnected initiatives.
- Support the vendor selection, acquisition, rollout, and implementation of a new case management system.
- Coordinate work associated with determining how Claim File Exchange process will operate within the new technology environment.
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand existing operational processes, desired capabilities, and future-state requirements.
- Help translate business and operational needs into clear documentation that technology stakeholders can understand and execute against.
- Coordinate across operations, data science, development, and other project stakeholders.
- Proactively identify immediate execution priorities as well as downstream risks and dependencies.
- Drive stakeholder engagement, solicit required information and decisions, and maintain momentum across workstreams.
- Ensure appropriate stakeholders and supporting functions are engaged when required.
- Maintain clear project documentation, decision tracking, deadlines, and accountability.
- Use Microsoft Planner and Teams to manage and communicate project activity.
- 10 years of project management experience
- Strong experience managing enterprise application or system implementations.
- Experience with vendor selection and technology implementation projects.
- Demonstrated ability to translate between business/operations and technical teams.
- Experience documenting business processes, requirements, workflows, and future-state needs.
- Strong cross-functional project management experience.
- Strong risk and dependency management.
- Excellent organization, communication, stakeholder-management, and documentation skills.
- Experience working with development and/or data teams.
- Microsoft Planner experience strongly preferred.
$80-85/hr, dependent upon experience
