We are currently hiring dependable and hardworking Paper Bag Packers to join our team!

Job Description

Paper Bag Packers are responsible for packing, inspecting, and organizing finished paper bags to ensure product quality and accuracy. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment, and the ability to stand for extended periods.

Job Responsibilities

• Pack and bundle finished paper bags according to production requirements.
• Inspect paper bags for defects and quality issues.
• Remove damaged or defective products.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.
• Meet daily production goals and maintain quality standards.
• Work as part of a team to ensure smooth production operations.

Available Shifts

• Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  $21 an hour
• Graveyard Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

$22.00 an hour

Work Schedule

• Sunday – Tuesday: Every other Wednesday.
• Thursday – Saturday: Every other Wednesday.

Requirements

• Must pass a background check.
• Must pass a drug screening.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
• Must be able to work 12-hour shifts.
• Must be able to follow instructions and work in a team environment.
• Previous manufacturing or packing experience is a plus but not required.
