Work Description

Role: Assembler

Location: Archdale, NC 27263

Pay: $16.50/hr

Schedule: Monday-Friday 5:30am-2:30pm

Assemblers at this business are responsible for fabricating and packaging hardware products according to customized specifications. This role involves assembling components, operating power tools, and ensuring products meet quality standards. The position requires attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to follow production guidelines to efficiently build and prepare finished goods for distribution.

Responsibilities

• Assemble customized products according to specifications and quality standards.
• Complete required documentation and maintain accurate production records.
• Pack finished products.
• Use power tools and operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain organized workstations and ensure compliance with safety and housekeeping standards.
• Operate cutting and packaging equipment as directed.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years of related experience and/or training preferred.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Experience with hand tools and power tools.
• Assembly experience.
• Basic math skills- understanding of the metric measurement system.

Pay: $16.50 per hour
