Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional food and beverage service to guests
- Set up and break down dining areas for service and events
- Take accurate orders and deliver food/beverages efficiently
- Ensure guest satisfaction through attentive and courteous service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas
- Captains: Lead service teams, coordinate timing, and oversee event execution
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and team members
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience as a Server or Captain in a restaurant, banquet, or event setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Must have flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable transportation to Gwinnett/Atlanta area
Preferred Qualifications (Optional)
- Fine dining or upscale event experience
- Knowledge of food, wine, and beverage service standards
