Bilingual Team Lead – Warehouse/Kitting – 2nd Shift

$24/hr | Train on 1st Shift | Immediate Opening

Job Summary

We are hiring a Bilingual Team Lead (English/Spanish) to oversee kitting and warehouse operations on 2nd shift. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for productivity, quality, and team coordination.

Must be flexible to train on 1st shift before transitioning to 2nd shift.

What You’ll Do

• Lead daily kitting, packaging, and labeling operations
• Assign work, prioritize orders, and meet production goals
• Perform hands-on production work as needed
• Communicate instructions in English & Spanish
• Train and support team members
• Ensure accuracy of kits using work orders and BOMs
• Perform quality checks and resolve issues
• Maintain 5S standards and a safe work environment
• Coordinate with inventory, shipping, and production teams

Requirements

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) – REQUIRED
• 1–3 years of warehouse, kitting, or manufacturing experience
• Previous lead or team leadership experience
• Ability to read work orders and follow instructions
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout shift
• Flexibility to train on 1st shift
