Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Customer Service / Supply Chain Coordinator to support client accounts, manage order processes, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction. This role requires strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to all client inquiries within 2 hours.
- Enter sales orders accurately and track progress through logistics.
- Prepare and maintain status reports, schedules, and project plans.
- Generate reports for management and customers as needed.
- Assist Account Managers with customer support and issue resolution.
- Communicate with customers to ensure all requirements are met.
- Monitor customer-specific processes and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Participate in quarterly business reviews when required.
- Provide backup support for Account Managers and other team members.
- Maintain confidentiality of client information.
- Deliver high-quality customer service and support daily operations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Customer service experience preferred.
- Supply chain and SAP experience is a plus.
- #Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Experience with Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Visio preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Flexibility to work overtime when needed.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit for extended periods while working on a computer.
- Occasionally stand, walk, reach, and lift up to 10 pounds.
- Strong hand-eye coordination and ability to distinguish letters, numbers, and symbols.
Work Environment
This position is based in a professional office environment with regular interaction with staff and customers.
