Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize areas using appropriate equipment.
- Clear away garbage and empty trash.
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors and carpets within designated areas.
- Mow lawns, sweep walkways, and remove snow.
- Operate snow blowers, floor buffers, and carpet cleaning equipment.
- Dust and polish furniture and accessories.
- Clean windows and mirrors.
- Check for property damage and notify managers as needed.
- Order cleaning supplies and stock them.
- Lock doors and secure entryways.
- Clean spills and other hazards.
