Position: Certified Flagger / Traffic Control Technician
Status:Â Temporary to Perm
Start Date: ASAP
We are urgently hiring certified flaggers to join our traffic control team. Ideal candidates are reliable, safety-focused, and ready to work in fast-paced outdoor environments.
Responsibilities
Direct and control traffic around construction and work zones
Communicate clearly with crew members to maintain safe operations
Set up and remove traffic control signs, cones, and barricades
Follow all state, local, and company safety regulations
Maintain professionalism when interacting with the public
Requirements
Valid Flagger Certification (ATSSA, state-approved, or equivalent)
Must be able to pass a drug test
Must be willing to travel up to 1 hour to various job sites
Ability to stand for long periods and work in all weather conditions
Reliable transportation
Strong communication skills
Commitment to safety at all times
