Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and processing orders with professionalism and care.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and professionally.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely manner.
- Maintain customer records and update account information as necessary.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to appropriate departments.
- Achieve personal and team goals for quality and efficiency.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a customer service or call center role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and patience with customers.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Pay range: $18.00 – $28.00 per hour, depending on experience.
