As a General Laborer, you will support our construction crews on active job sites throughout the Milwaukee area. This is a hands-on, physically demanding role that plays a critical part in keeping our projects moving safely and on schedule. Position Overview
As a General Laborer, you will support our construction crews on active job sites throughout the Milwaukee area. Key Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters painters) with daytoday tasks on active construction sites
- Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment to and from work areas
- Perform site cleanup and maintain a safe, organized job site at all times
- Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision (drills, saws, vacuums, etc.)
- Erect and dismantle dust protection, barricades, and temporary structures
- Follow all safety regulations, OSHA guidelines, and company protocols
- Perform other duties as assigned by the site supervisor or project managers
- Ability to perform physically demanding work
- Capability to lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 80 lbs. regularly
- Reliable transportation to Milwaukeearea job sites
- Valid driver’s license required with clean driving record
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and communicate effectively
- Willingness to work as part of a team and take direction from supervisors
- Punctual, dependable, and safetyconscious attitude
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Prior experience in construction or a laborintensive trade (not required — we will train the right candidate)
- OSHA 10 certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- Competitive hourly pay — commensurate with experience
