• Summary:**ER Registration is responsible for managing both the patient
  
  

registration process and the PBX phone system. This position involves

greeting patients, gathering personal and insurance information, and

accurately entering data into the hospital\'s electronic systems. The

specialist will handle incoming calls, route them to appropriate

departments, and provide excellent customer service to patients, staff,

and visitor

• Education Requirements:**One to two years previous experience desired.
• Required Certifications/Licensures:**CPR
