Digital Finishing Equipment Operation is required for your application to be considered.
Labels & Specialty Products expanded our Digital Print Department in St.Charles, IL in 2021 and rapidly grew and here we are today in 2026!
We are hiring a Digital Converting Operator to die cut/slit finish printed product rewinding on our Finishing equipment. Starting pay is based on experience and work ethic, with growth potential. This position requires equipment experience.
Job Duties/Responsibilities
- Set up and operate digital converting equipment
- Actively monitor production quality and efficiency by completing all documentation
- Trouble shoot machine problems as it pertains to equipment set up, with and without direction from the digital technical lead.
- Participate in scheduled company training sessions.
- Achieve expectations set by the production supervisor
Perform other duties as requested.
