LaBella is currently seeking a Project Coordinator for Drilling Projects in our Patchogue, New York office. Tasks associated with this position include project setup, schedule coordination, initiating utility stakeouts, obtaining permits, coordinating with client representatives, assisting with timesheets and expense reports, requesting insurance certificates for new projects, subcontractor agreements, invoicing and other administrative duties.
• 15 years of Professional Experience
• MS Office Suite
• Strong communication skills
• Highly organized individual
• Ability to prioritize and regularly switch between tasks.
Salary Range: $30-$35
