Project Coordinator – Countertops

Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to oversee the countertop portion of commercial construction projects. This role serves as the key liaison between our fabrication/ installation teams and commercial builder clients to ensure projects run smoothly from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
*Coordinate all phases of countertop projects with commercial builders
*Review drawings, measurements and specifications for accuracy
*Develop and maintain project schedules and timelines
*Communicate updates between clients, fabrication and installation teams
*Track project progress, identify issues and resolve challenges quickly
*Ensure projects meet quality, budget and schedule requirements
Qualifications:
2 years of experience in construction project coordination, building materials or related field
*Knowledge of countertops, cabinetry or millwork preferred
*Strong organizational and communication skills
*Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
*Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word); project management software a plus
*Moraware and / or AIA billing experience a plus
