Design Sales Professional

La-Z-Boy Furniture Galleries of Central NJ is seeking performance-driven Sales Professionals to join our structured design sales organization. We are looking for qualified, energetic, career minded Sales Professionals. This is a consultative sales role within a deliberately managed, KPI-driven environment. We are not hiring traditional retail associates. We are building a disciplined team of professionals motivated by measurable performance and structured earning opportunity.

Compensation & Earning Structure

• Commission-based compensation
• $800 weekly base pay
• Realistic first-year income: $55,000 - $65,000
• More than 50% of consultants earn $70,000 annually

Design Sales Associate Qualifications:

• Strong communication and relationship building skills
• 2-3 years of stable employment history in previous roles - required
• Coachable and performance-oriented mindset
• Valid driver's license and successful background check
• Must be available to work weekends, evenings and select holidays

Design Sales Associate Responsibilities:

• Conduct consultative sales conversations focused on lifestyle, design & functionality
• Recommend customized furniture and design solutions
• Manage client pipeline and actively use CRM systems
• Operate within defined sales metrics and performance expectations
• Minimum monthly sales goals required
• Maintain professional showroom standards and customer experience
