This is not a traditional retail associate position. It is a consultative design sales role within a deliberately managed, KPI-driven environment.
Compensation Structure
• $800 weekly base
• Commission-based earnings
• Realistic first-year income: $55,000–$65,000
• More than 50% of our consultants earn $70,000 annually
• Structured staffing model — staffing levels are deliberately aligned with customer volume

The Role
As a Design Sales Professional, you will:
• Lead consultative conversations centered on lifestyle, design, and functionality
• Translate client needs into tailored product and design solutions
• Manage pipeline activity and follow-up through CRM systems
• Operate within a KPI-driven performance framework
• Deliver a professional and refined showroom experience
