We are seeking a dependable, polished, and service-oriented Guest Services Coordinator to join our luxury skincare clinic. This client-facing role is ideal for someone who is outgoing, detail-driven, and committed to creating a seamless, elevated experience for every guest.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients with warmth, professionalism, and care
- Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups using clinic software
- Answer phone calls with excellent etiquette and provide knowledgeable support
- Assist clients with check-in/check-out and product recommendations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and beautiful front-of-house space
- Support team members and step in wherever needed to keep daily operations running smoothly
