La Scuola educators are both guides and co-learners in the collaborative learning process and make students’ learning visible to themselves and others. La Scuola is looking for dedicated, dynamic, and experienced educators to work with our middle school students (Grades 6th – 8th). The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in education, with an ability to successfully work with the students and faculty to ensure a safe, supportive learning environment that reflects the mission and values of La Scuola. Educators interested in joining our team should also be naturally curious, life-long learners and invested in supporting our next generation of environmental stewards, problem solvers, leaders, and innovators. Our 3-acre campus inspires scientific inquiry and provides an outdoor environment that serves as an additional classroom for all of our students.
