Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and cater to diverse learning styles.
- Educate students on various mathematical concepts, including Algebra, through interactive teaching methods.
- Provide tutoring and additional support to students who may need extra help understanding course material.
- Assess student progress through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback to enhance their learning experience.
- Collaborate with other educators to design effective instructional strategies and curriculum development.
- Engage in scientific research related to educational practices and methodologies to improve teaching effectiveness.
- Utilize instructional design principles to create engaging educational materials that promote student understanding.
- Encourage critical thinking and problem-solving skills among students through hands-on activities and real-world applications.
