Hairstylist Apprentice Opportunity

L A Salon & Boutique is seeking a motivated Hairstylist Apprentice to join our salon team. This opportunity is ideal for individuals currently enrolled in cosmetology school or recently graduated who are looking to gain hands-on salon experience, mentorship, and real-world training in a professional environment.

This is an apprentice/learning position, not a chair rental or commission-based role.Walk-In Applications Welcome

Interested candidates are encouraged to walk into the salon to meet the owner in person regarding the apprentice opportunity.

What You’ll Learn

• Assisting licensed hairstylists
• Shampooing, blow-drying, and styling prep
• Color and cutting observation and assistance
• Salon operations and professionalism
• Client consultation and retention skills

Ideal Candidate

• Currently enrolled in cosmetology school or recently graduated
• Passionate about hair and continued education
• Professional, reliable, and eager to learn
• Strong communication and work ethic

Requirements

• Proof of cosmetology school enrollment or valid cosmetology license
• Must comply with state board apprentice regulations
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
