La Red Health Center is looking for a Director of Finance to serve as the organization’s senior financial leader and join our leadership team.
We are a federally qualified health center serving communities throughout Sussex County. This is an important role for LRHC as we build on recent financial improvements, strengthen our internal systems, and prepare for continued growth.
The Director of Finance will lead LRHC’s finance and accounting functions and provide financial guidance to executive leadership and the Board. We are looking for a hands-on leader with strong experience in accounting, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, cash management, internal controls, audits, and team supervision. Experience in an FQHC, health care, nonprofit, or federally funded organization would be especially valuable.
This is a full-time position based in Sussex County. On-site or hybrid arrangements will be considered for the right candidate.
