Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces, adhering to established cleanliness standards.
- Manage housekeeping tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Ensure all linens and towels are cleaned, folded, and stocked in appropriate areas.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment; notify management when supplies need replenishing.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures while performing cleaning duties.
- Assist in special projects or deep cleaning tasks as assigned by housekeeping management.
Experience
- Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial roles is preferred, particularly within the hotel or hospitality industry.
- Familiarity with housekeeping management practices and floor care techniques is a plus.
- Experience with industrial cleaning methods is beneficial but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
