Overview:

• As a Housekeeper at LaQuinta Inn and Suites, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our guests have a memorable and enjoyable stay. Your attention to detail and dedication to cleanliness will contribute to the overall guest experience at our hotel.
• You will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, public areas, and common spaces according to our established standards and procedures. Your work will directly impact the satisfaction and comfort of our guests during their stay.

Key Responsibilities:

• Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms and bathrooms, including changing linens, vacuuming, dusting, and replenishing amenities.
• Clean and maintain all public areas of the hotel, including hallways, lobby, and other common spaces.
• Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are properly stocked and maintained.
• Report any maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate department for prompt resolution.
• Adhere to established safety and sanitation procedures to ensure a clean and hazard-free environment for guests and team members.

Qualifications:

• Prior housekeeping experience in a hospitality setting is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

• Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time.
