What You'll Do
As our Night Audit, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the overnight hours. Your responsibilities will include:
- Performing nightly audits of daily transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Assisting guests with check-ins, check-outs, and any inquiries during the night shift.
- Preparing and distributing daily reports for management.
- Monitoring the property to ensure a safe and secure environment for all guests.
- Handling any guest concerns or emergencies with professionalism and care.
- Completing administrative tasks to support the front desk and accounting teams.
What We're Looking For
We’re seeking a candidate who brings professionalism, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed in this role:
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a similar role or related field.
- Skills: Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with excellent communication skills.
- Technical Know-How: Familiarity with basic accounting procedures and hotel management systems is a plus.
- Availability: Comfortable working overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
