Heavy Furniture Mover & Room Demolition Technician

We are looking for strong, hardworking, and reliable Heavy Furniture Movers & Demolition Technicians to handle heavy lifting and physical labor for an active hotel room renovation project.

This is a demanding, labor-intensive role. You will be responsible for tearing out existing hotel room furniture, hauling it out to a roll-off dumpster, unloading new furniture from shipping containers, transporting it to the rooms, and setting everything up exactly where it belongs.

Core Responsibilities

• Room Demolition & Removal: Dismantling and removing existing hotel furniture, fixtures, and casegoods, and throwing them out into an on-site roll-off dumpster.
• Container Unloading: Unloading heavy new furniture and crates safely from shipping containers.
• Transport & Logistics: Moving heavy items efficiently to and from rooms throughout the property using proper equipment.
• Assembly & Placement: Setting up, positioning, and installing new furniture precisely where it needs to go according to the layout plan.

Strict Requirements & Qualifications

• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy loads, bend, carry, and stand for long hours in a fast-paced environment. This is heavy manual labor.
• Tools & Equipment: Must bring your own heavy-duty dollies, moving straps, and essential hand tools required to safely move and assemble commercial furniture.
• Reliability & Grit: We need tough individuals who show up on time, work hard, and can handle the physical demands of an active hotel renovation.
