Production Packer (Nightshift)

Join our manufacturing team as a Production Packer, where your energy and attention to detail will play a vital role in ensuring high-quality packaging of our products. In this fast-paced role, you will be responsible for efficiently packing finished goods, maintaining safety standards, and supporting the overall flow of production. General Hours:

8:30pm - 4:30am

Duties

• Carefully pack finished products following specified packaging procedures to ensure product integrity and compliance with quality standards
• Operate packaging equipment to facilitate smooth production workflows
• Maintain a clean and organized packing station
• Assist with material handling to support seamless production processes
• Conduct routine inspections of packaged goods for defects or inconsistencies before final packing
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets while maintaining safety protocols

Requirements

• Prior experience in manufacturing, packaging, or warehouse environments is preferred but not required; a strong willingness to learn is essential
• Familiarity with packaging processes, assembly work, and the use of warehouse equipment is a plus
• Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive approach to safety protocols
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50lbs, and perform manual tasks as needed
