What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part-Time Warehouse Manager (Weekends) position at La Primera Tortilla Factory Inc?
We’re looking for a hands-on, bilingual Warehouse Manager to join our team on weekends. This position offers an excellent opportunity for growth within the company as you take on more responsibility and demonstrate leadership.
Responsibilities
- Build and prepare pallets (must be able to lift up to 40 lbs)
- Maintain accurate warehouse inventory records
- Dispatch delivery drivers under close supervision
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move pallets
- Assist with unloading trucks when needed
- Use a laptop or tablet to track inventory and shipments
Qualifications
- Bilingual (Spanish & English) — required
- Ability to lift up to 40lbs — required
- Strong communication skills, especially with drivers and team members
- Proficient in basic computer programs (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
- Outgoing, proactive, and natural leader personality
Schedule
- Friday: 4:30 AM – 2:00 PM (9 hours total after break)
- Saturday & Sunday: 4:30 AM – 12:30 PM (16 hours total)
≈ 25 hours per weekend
