Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate between kitchen staff and servers to ensure timely and accurate order delivery
- Verify that dishes are prepared according to quality standards and presentation guidelines
- Organize and prioritize orders to optimize workflow and reduce wait times
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to address any order discrepancies or special requests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the expeditor station
- Assist in resolving customer concerns related to food quality or timing
- Support team members to ensure a positive and efficient work environment
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment preferred
- Must have Food Handlers and TABC certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting
