Supports public health programs to improve access to care and community well-being. Provides education on services and resources, helps navigate health and social service systems and conducts outreach through multiple resources. Keeps informed about available healthcare systems, collaborates with community partners and supports access to care. Training is provided in all program areas.
BA in Public Health or related and 2 years of experience or a combination thereof.
Funded through Regional Oral Health contract (2024*3150 [Amendment #3]) and Health Insurance Literacy contract (Connect for Health Colorado) and contingent upon continuation of said funding.
