You'll support the hot kitchen in serving our beautiful breakfast dishes to LPM's standards, working alongside senior chefs in a fast-paced, fine dining environment.

What You'll Be Responsible For
- Prepare mise-en-place before each service
- Support the kitchen team in cooking and presenting dishes to recipe and standard
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation
- Follow LPM recipes and quality standards consistently
- At least 1 year of experience in a culinary environment
- Basic knife skills and attention to detail
- Team player, comfortable in a fast-paced kitchen
- Genuine interest in growing within fine dining
- $26/hour
