Dual-Merged (2627-01) An examination will be given to establish an eligibility list for the position of School Bus Driver in order to fill current and future vacancies. The eligibility list will be effective for one year. These positions are 5-6 hours/day (split shift) during the school year; 206 paid days. Applications will be accepted on a continual basis. Applicants should take note that possession of the stated qualifications is not necessarily a guarantee of further advancement in the hiring process. Based upon the information provided in the application materials, the most qualified applicants will be invited to a written merit exam. The eligibility list generally remains valid for up to one year and appointments are made from this list to fill all vacant positions in that classification.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Any combination equivalent to: graduation from high school or equivalent GED and sufficient training and experience to demonstrate the knowledge and abilities listed above. LICENSES AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Successful passage of the District's job-related proficiency test.
