Role Description This is a 10HR part timejob, on-site Social Media Content Creator role located in Doral,FL. The Social Media Content Creator will plan, produce, and publish content across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, and others, ensuring alignment with the brand’s tone and visual identity. Day-to-day tasks include brainstorming concepts, scripting short-form videos, capturing photos and videos, editing content, writing engaging captions, and scheduling posts using social media tools. The role also involves monitoring engagement, identifying trends, and collaborating with marketing and design teams to support campaigns and brand initiatives. The Social Media Content Creator will analyze performance metrics, recommend content improvements, and contribute to a consistent posting calendar.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to create platform-specific social media content, including short-form videos, stories, and static posts.
- Strong writing skills for captions and social copy, with an ability to adapt tone and style to different audiences.
- Experience with photo and video production, basic lighting and composition, and editing tools such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, CapCut Pro, AI Platforms, or mobile editing apps.
- Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools, and comfort interpreting performance data to improve content.
- Understanding of current social media trends, best practices, and emerging formats on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative mindset and strong communication skills for working with marketing, design, and leadership teams on campaigns and brand storytelling.
- Prior experience in content creation, social media, marketing, or a related field; a portfolio or samples of work that showcase creativity and social media expertise.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- Preferred: Bilingual fluency (English and Spanish) and familiarity with the cultural landscape in Miami and surrounding communities
