We’re the fastest-growing design-driven lighting & hardware brand in the U.S. In two years we blew past 8 figures. Our chandeliers live in Architectural Digest–worthy homes. Our switches weigh like they matter. Our brand feels like old money met modern internet culture.
Now we need a face.
Not an influencer.
Not a TikTok dancer.
Not a “hey guys welcome back to my channel” energy.
We need presence.
The Role
You’ll be the on-camera personality for Residence Supply across:
- Paid ads (Meta, TikTok, YouTube)
- Organic social
- Educational design content
- Product storytelling
- Brand narratives
You are comfortable on camera. Natural. Sharp. Confident. You can deliver lines clean, improv intelligently, and make lighting hardware feel like it belongs in a design documentary.
This is an on-call role.
When we schedule shoots with our videographer, you show up ready.
Think: 2–4 shoot days per month (flexible as we scale).
What You’ll Actually Do
- Be the on-camera face for product demos, ads, and social content
- Deliver scripted lines with confidence and personality
- Improv naturally when needed
- Study products before shoots so you can speak about them intelligently
- Collaborate with our videographer creative team
- Maintain a consistent, elevated brand presence
Who You Are
- Comfortable being filmed (this is non-negotiable)
- Strong communicator with clear diction
- Understands luxury tone — not loud, not cringe, not salesy
- Can feel both aspirational and relatable
- Takes direction well but can also add creative nuance
- Reliable and available when shoots are scheduled
Bonus if
- You understand interior design culture
- You’ve done UGC or ad work before
- You know how Meta ads work and understand performance content
What This Is (And Isn’t)
This is not a full-time influencer role.
This is not a “build your own channel” job.
This is being the visual presence of a design brand that’s building something iconic.
You’ll work directly with the founder and creative team. If you’ve ever wanted to be the face of a brand that actually cares about aesthetic, quality, and storytelling — this is it.
Compensation
- Paid per shoot day (rate based on experience)
- Opportunity to scale into recurring monthly retainer
