Retail Store Associate (Part-Time) – Asbury Park

We’re looking for a creative, style-savvy Retail Store Associate to join our boutique team in Asbury Park. Our shop is inspired by a romantic, vintage-meets-modern aesthetic—think effortless, feminine, and a little coastal cool.

This role is perfect for a college student who loves fashion, enjoys connecting with people, and has a strong eye for styling and visuals.

Schedule:

• Wednesdays & Thursdays (required)
• Additional flexible hours may be available

What You’ll Do:

• Style customers and help them find pieces that make them feel confident and inspired
• Drive in-store sales through genuine, personalized customer interactions
• Create and manage social media content (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
• Assist with photographing new arrivals and maintaining visual brand aesthetic
• Package and ship online orders with care and attention to detail
• Help maintain store organization, merchandising, and overall vibe

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

• Is currently in college or recently graduated
• Has a strong interest in fashion and personal styling
• Embodies a warm, kind, and welcoming personality
• Understands (or naturally aligns with) a vintage-inspired, cottage core aesthetic
• Has experience (or interest) in social media content creation
• Has a good eye for photography and visual storytelling
• Is reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Feels comfortable talking to customers and making sales

Bonus Skills (Not Required but Loved):

• Photography or editing experience
• Experience with retail or customer service
• Knowledge of current fashion trends and vintage styling
