Job Overview
La Loba Cantina & Grill is looking for a dedicated and hard working PM dishwasher to join our crew. Shifts are Tuesday through Saturday from 3:30pm or 4:00 pm to Close (about 10 pm). $250 Signing Bonus! Paid after 30 days of employment.
Responsibilities
- Efficiently wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to meet health and safety standards
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as bussing tables and organizing ingredients for culinary staff
- Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations, floors, and storage areas through regular cleaning routines
- Support kitchen team members with light food prep and serving duties as needed
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments preferred
- Familiarity with bussing, cleaning, and basic kitchen operations
- Knowledge of food handling safety standards and sanitation procedures
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and bending
- Experience with banquet or catering events is a plus
- Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting culinary operations
- Prior kitchen or hotel experience is advantageous but not required; training will be provided
