Bartender

La Loba is looking for a night time bartender to join our crew! We offer a made from scratch lunch and dinner menu from 11am - 9pm. We are open 5 days a week, Tuesday-Saturday. Bartnder pay ranges between $22 - $26 per hour after tips and tip pool. Shifts are 4pm-10pm. Saturday availability is a must have.

We are a new chef driven concept and focus on fresh and high quality ingredients, made to order. We seek to offer casually awesome Mexican food and drinks to our community.

All members of our team must be dependable, have reliable transportation, and have great people skills. Teamwork and kindness are core to our culture!

La Loba is locally owned, and the husband and wife team that operate the restaurant are there on site and work closely with our guests, staff and community! Located in the Railyard of Downtown Edmond, La Loba is a vibrant and curated experience that appeals to couples, families, and downtown workers.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospitality to guests
• Guide customers through the menus
• Adhere to guidelines for serving alcohol
• Check for quality in ingredients and drinks
• Pay attention to allergy and intolerance requests
• Fulfill all drink orders in a timely manner
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Teamwork focused ("That's not my job" is not in our vocabulary)
• Communicate well with front of house and kitchen staff
