⭐ Position: Patient Coordinator / Receptionist
This role is the first smile patients see and the first voice they hear when they contact our office. We’re seeking someone who is:
- Outgoing, personable, and confident with people
- A strong communicator with a warm, positive attitude
- Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
- Comfortable multitasking in a busy, fast-paced environment
- A team player with a “how can I help?” approach
- Open to learning new responsibilities and growing over time
Orthodontic or dental front desk experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
We are happy to train the right personality!
Key Responsibilities:
Patient Experience & Communication
- Greet patients warmly and check them in/out
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage text communication
- Schedule appointments and maintain smooth daily flow
- Support new patient intake and ensure an exceptional first visit experience
Administrative & Office Coordination
- Manage, send, and receive all paperwork, forms, and consents
- Ensure all required forms are fully completed and properly filed
- Handle insurance verification for new and existing patients
- Maintain accurate and organized chart management
- Assist with patient reminders, follow-ups, and general office correspondence
- Communicate with referring offices as needed
Team Support
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative team members
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed (with support and training)

- Orthodontic experience: Preferred but not mandatory
Schedule & Compensation:
- Approximately 32 hours/week
- 4-day workweek (no weekends!)
- Pay range: $20–$26/hour, based on experience
