Looking to bring on an experienced, Full-time Front Office/Treatment Coordinator for private PPO (non-corporate) practice in Santee!
We are a fun team looking for someone who is friendly, reliable, and knowledgeable in dentistry. This position is NOT for a beginner level so if you're just starting your career in dentistry or have no experience, this is not the position for you. If you are someone that is attentive to detail, loves engaging with people, is well-versed in using Eaglesoft, presenting treatment plans, and problem solving skills, this is the ideal position for you. You are also someone who is self-motivated, punctual, great at multi-tasking, and is a self-starter. Qualifications
- 2 year's experience working front office in a private dental practice is required.
- 1 year of Eaglesoft experience is required
- 2 years of treatment coordinating is required
- Must know how to complete patient insurance verification breakdowns and ensure accurate billing.
- Familiar with dental codes to know how to create accurate treatment plans.
- Knowledge of dental terminology
- Provide exceptional customer service through effective communication and phone etiquette.
- Professional appearance and reliable
- Able to schedule to production constantly and consistently
- Experience in Accounts Receivable and Billing
- Must be able to learn/understand various PPO insurance plans
- Fast learner and loved working in a busy practice
- Always maintain the highest level of confidentiality to HIPAA standards.
- Adhere to strict safety guidelines and procedures to OSHA and office standards.
- Must be detail oriented in order to prepare and process business correspondence.
- Loves dentistry and has a passion for it
