What are the responsibilities and job description for the Retail and Operations Associate position at La Jolla Sea Cave Kayaks?
- Manage daily operations at a busy guiding service and retail shop.
- Greet and check-in guests.
- Fit and adjust kayak safety equipment (life vests, helmets.)
- Answer phone and email inquiries.
- Sell and restock retail items.
- Communicate with, and support, kayak guides.
- Other duties as delegated by managers.
Positive, outgoing demeanor is required. Retail experience is preferred, but not necessary. Must be able to think on your feet and troubleshoot minor issues. Fun, fast past beach atmosphere, must work well with a team and individually.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.75 - $22.00 per hour
