La Herradura Western Wear is looking for a driven, energetic, and customer-focused Bilingual Sales Associate (English/Spanish) to join our Selma, NC team.

We are a fast-growing Western retail brand offering everything from everyday workwear and boots to premium luxury western apparel. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-energy retail environment, enjoys connecting with customers, and has a passion for sales.

As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, guiding customers through their purchases, and confidently selling a wide range of products including boots, hats, apparel, and accessories across multiple price points.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service in both English and Spanish
• Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend products
• Drive sales by confidently presenting and upselling merchandise
• Maintain strong product knowledge across all categories (workwear, western fashion, premium items)
• Assist customers with sizing, fitting (especially boots and hats), and styling
• Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and fully stocked
• Process transactions accurately using POS systems
• Support store operations including inventory handling and restocking

Requirements

• Must be bilingual (English & Spanish) – required
• Previous retail or sales experience required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift merchandise as needed

Pay & Schedule

• $15 per hour paid weekly
• Full-time and part-time positions available
• Schedule set by store management

Pay: $15.00 per hour
