The Director of Business Development leads the strategy and execution of marketing initiatives that support organizational growth and increase awareness of the treatment services provided by La Hacienda. This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, strengthening referral relationships, and ensuring alignment with the organization’s strategic direction.
The Director stays informed on industry trends, competitive activity, and emerging marketing practices, including direct marketing, social media strategy, and brand management. Leveraging data-driven insights, this position monitors key performance indicators (KPIs), analyzes trends, and continuously refines strategies to improve outreach effectiveness and overall business results.
In partnership with Business Development Representatives, the Director actively participates in outreach efforts, including promotional events, industry events, and direct engagement with referral sources. The role also oversees the development, approval, and procurement of all marketing materials, including brochures, displays, and promotional items, ensuring consistency with La Hacienda's brand and messaging.
This position is responsible for planning and administering the department budget, approving marketing expenditures, and ensuring effective use of resources. The Director also leads the recruitment, supervision, and performance management of Business Development Representatives and support staff.
Regular travel to Community Outreach Offices is required to provide in-person leadership, training, and staff development.
