Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping orders while maintaining a clean and organized work environment. The ideal candidate is efficient, physically capable, and able to work in a fast-paced setting with accuracy and consistency.
Warehouse Associates play a key role in ensuring timely order fulfillment and inventory accuracy. This position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to follow instructions, and a commitment to workplace safety and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform quality checks to ensure order accuracy and product condition
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts
- Ensure accurate order picking, packing, and shipping
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe at all times
- Follow company procedures, safety guidelines, and productivity standards
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet daily goals
- Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity goals
- Basic communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus)
- Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and strong work ethic
- Forklift certification is required (Stand-up forklift)
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
