Discount Pool Mart, a swimming pool supply company, is seeking a reliable Warehouse Shipper / Order Fulfillment Associate to support our online order operations. This role focuses on picking, packing, and shipping orders accurately while helping maintain an organized warehouse. We are hiring immediately and looking for dependable individuals with strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Pick and pack online orders accurately and efficiently
- Scan items and verify order contents before shipment
- Label, process, and prepare shipments for carriers
- Ensure orders are fulfilled correctly and on time
- Organize and maintain warehouse inventory and work areas
- Assist with receiving, stocking, and general warehouse duties
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Requirements
- Must read & speak in English
- Ability to lift 20 lbs or more consistently
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Entry-level candidates are welcome; however prior shipping experience is preferred
Schedule
- Full-time and part-time positions available
- Monday through Saturday
- Flexible hours based on availability
Pay: $20.00 per hour
