Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Restaurant and Bar Manager, located in Santa Fe, NM. The selected candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and bar, ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining high-quality food and beverage offerings. Key responsibilities include managing staff, coordinating training programs, driving sales initiatives, and working closely with the culinary team to maintain efficiency and quality standards. Additionally, the manager will monitor customer satisfaction, handle inquiries and complaints, and ensure adherence to all safety and hygiene regulations.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to manage guest relations and interactions effectively.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, including inventory management and quality control.
- Experience in Training and leading staff to build a cohesive and skilled team.
- Proven Sales experience to drive restaurant and bar revenue, including upselling and promotional initiatives.
- Ability to multitask and efficiently manage time in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership abilities to manage operations and ensure team alignment with brand goals.
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant management is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field is a plus.
