I am looking for highly motivated individuals who have a passion for fitness, a teachable mindset, and a great attitude!
This is a sales and marketing management position. We teach everything here in the gym and most of training is all hands on. Daily sales training topics are taught and we also teach a lot of product knowledge when it comes to overall fitness and health.
Responsibilities:
1. Help Potential members get started on a membership
2. Build value in having a healthy lifestyle through our sales process and having great product knowledge about fitness
3. Make calls to guests that are interested in the gym and have them come in for a tour to help them get started on a membership
4. Be able to generate our own leads through outside and inside marketing to help produce new membership
5. Train, Develop, and manage a team to hit daily KPIs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
