What You’ll Do:
- Respond to incoming client inquiries and follow up on referrals.
- Conduct in-person meetings with prospective clients to understand their needs.
- Prepare and present accurate quotes and estimates for maintenance accounts and project work.
- Sell new maintenance accounts and one-time project services.
- Collaborate with the Client Services Coordinator to schedule client meetings and maintain clear communication.
- Proactively reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, or networking to generate new business opportunities.
- Maintain organized records of prospects, client interactions, and sales activity.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
- Represent the company professionally, reflecting our commitment to quality and client satisfaction.
What You’ll Get:

What we are looking for (Requirements):
- Minimum of 3 of sales experience in a landscaping or similar industry, including creating quotes or estimates, ideally in a fast-paced or growth-oriented company.
- Clean driving record and a commitment to punctuality and dependability.
- Strategic mindset, a big-picture thinker who can help prioritize and achieve company goals.
- Must have strong communication skills that are clear, professional, and empathetic in all interactions, both written and verbal.
- Exhibit technological proficiencies: familiar with tools such as Google Workspace, CRMs, and other productivity software.
- Detail-oriented with a strong ability to catch discrepancies and maintain accuracy across multiple systems, schedules, and processes.
- Must be able to work in person at the office, on-site and off-site.
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals.
What we would also love to have (Preferred):
- Landscaping experience or experience in a related field such as construction, facilities, or service-based operations.
- Familiarity with industry-specific tools such as SiteRecon, LMN and Fleetio.
- Those who are Bi-lingual (English and Spanish) will be heavily considered.
