We are seeking an experienced Operations and Pilates manager to run our FIRST LA Fitness in Houston, to have a Pilates Studio!
Pilates experience is preferred.

The Role:
Our Operations Managers combine a passion for health and fitness with motivational leadership, proficiency in selecting and retaining talented employees, experience with vendor relations and property management, and exceptional customer issue resolution skills to create an environment that will help as many people as possible achieve the benefits of a healthy lifestyle. What you will be doing:
- You ensure all company standards for club operations are met and resolve any issues while on site.
- You are responsible for club staffing at all levels including friendly front desk and babysitting staff, and an effective janitorial team.
- Your previous experiences and background enable you to resolve all escalated member concerns within your club quickly and thoroughly.
- You utilize the resources and systems in place to ensure facility presentation is in full compliance with company standards, including maintenance and cleanliness.
- You collaborate and build rapport with the other department managers to support the overall performance of the club.
What we are looking for:
- Someone who is motivated to succeed and move up in the company.
- Bachelor’s Degree or a minimum of 4 years of Management level experience.
- Management experience a plus.
- Passion for Health & Fitness
- Able to work full-time Monday-Thursday 9a-6p and Friday 8a-5p.
