Our Janitorial Staff

Our janitorial staff is the backbone of the “Club Pride” everyone shares for the facility where they work. Experience in cleaning and making repairs is preferred, but we are willing to train people who are passionate about keeping our facilities beautifully maintained!

There are full time and part time positions available and room for advancement depending on your skills and ambition. All Club Pride staff members are given a complimentary club membership.

Duties

• Open, Mid-day, or Closing shifts available. Full and Part Time
• Complete non-routine cleaning according to specified job orders
• Clean and maintain the locker room and showers
• Perform general clean up of all areas of the building as directed
• Clean workout equipment
• Manage upkeep of gym floor and parking lot
• Willingness to work early morning and/or late evening
• Strong attention to detail
• Capacity to take direction
• Detail clean Studio work out room before/after classes quickly and efficiently
• Physically capable of lifting and moving objects up to 30 pounds as necessary

Qualifications

• Prior custodial or janitorial experience, including floor care and using floor buffers
• Knowledge of cleaning, sanitation protocols, chemical agent handling, and safety procedures
• Ability to perform manual handling and operate standard cleaning equipment
• Strong attention to detail, reliable, and customer-service oriented
• Experience maintaining clean, safe facilities and supporting general maintenance tasks
• Ability to follow established cleaning schedules and sanitation practices

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
