Job Summary
As the Personal Training Director, you will lead a dynamic team of fitness professionals dedicated to empowering clients on their health and wellness journeys. You will drive recruitment, training, and development initiatives that enhance team performance and client satisfaction.

What you’ll do

• Develop and implement innovative personal training programs that align with industry trends and client needs
• Recruit, train, and mentor personal trainers to ensure they deliver exceptional service and results
• Oversee scheduling, payroll, and inventory management to optimize operational efficiency
• Foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration among staff to enhance client experiences
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members
• Manage budgeting processes related to personal training services, ensuring financial targets are met
• Utilize effective marketing strategies to promote personal training services within the community
• Maintain high standards of customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly

Basic qualifications

• Proven experience in a leadership role within the fitness industry

Preferred qualifications

• Strong background in recruiting, interviewing, and employee orientation
• Proficiency in budgeting, payroll, bookkeeping, and inventory control
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
